Nouveau Tudor Dinnerware

Khadine Khan-Parkinson

Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design Nouveau Tudor Dinnerware by Khadine Khan-Parkinson A modern monochrome set inspired by elements of Tudor architecture and created by combining traditional making techniques with new desktop manufacturing technology. Porcelain-handled flatware produced by merging 3D printing with slip-casting and dinnerware decorated with digitally generated, hand screen printed designs. The facades of traditional black and white timber framed buildings are translated into a bold and unique graphic pattern for each piece of the service. Like the buildings, the set when displayed together, combine the individual patterns into a dramatic and dynamic display.
